Processing and monitoring all activities of materials Printed ordering, Imaging, Dispatching section such as document preparation, scanning quality control, indexing release to maintain productivity as targeted with the best quality of images, safe filing, policy kit packing correctly and timely delivery to distribution channel
Responsible for imaging documents, classifying and filing physical policy documents accurately, orderly and securely at both in-house storage and ware-house company; maintaining records of all document delivery/retrieval in accordance with guidelines and standard workflow nationwide
Printing and delivery of receipts, customer information letters to distribution channels and customers
Responsible for timely sending SMS notice to customers.
Co-operating with other distribution channels to accurately and effectively provide services in document filing and retrieval
Responsible for timely sending reports to distribution channels and when requested
Other tasks assigned by line manager/director.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Bachelor degree
Certificate of Insurances (LOMA 280, 290, ...) are priority
Working experience in Life Insurance
Ability to process requests with accuracy and deliver within service standards
Fluent English is preferred
Knowledge in Computer software and using computer system
Good cooperation and communication skills
Good time management and problem solving skills
Discipline, honest, careful and calm
Positive and self-motivated
Result oriented and high commitment to work.
